    Apply to work with us through the link below. To ensure an engaging and intimate client-provider relationship, we have limited spots each month. Please apply so we can ensure this is a good fit for everyone and discuss service options.

    After applying and booking, you will receive a couple of forms to complete and return and you will be scheduled for your first 30-minute onboarding call. We will go over your forms, get you set up in the app, complete a comprehensive review of your history (medical and laboratory if necessary), define YOUR goals and barriers to overcoming those, and set a CLEAR action plan to reach those (nutrition, movement, nervous system, function, and development).

    You will receive weekly check-ins for 12 weeks via the app to assess progress and barriers.  Additionally, you will have access to weekly group education calls for all private 1-on-1 clients.  You will have 24/7 access to message us in between check-ins and calls with questions.

    Gain access to our family support group chat where you'll receive additional support and community from parents on a similar journey. You'll also gain access to weekly family meal planning resources including weekly recipes and meal ideas, a corresponding grocery list, and access to our meal planning guide.

    As a private client, you will get exclusive access to our downloadable guides and educational videos tailored to your athlete's specific needs.

    The total investment for 12 weeks is $475. Installment payments are accepted and you may use your HSA/FSA if you wish!

    Options are available for continuing after the 12 weeks for family meal planning services.
