I’m Cierra!

As a pediatric nurse practitioner and a mom of 3, I understand wholeheartedly the challenges many families face when feeding their families and raising healthy children.  When I had my first baby, I thought it would be a breeze and that I’d have it all figured out.  Man was I wrong!  The feeding struggles and challenges that popped up were not in the textbook I learned all about in my training! So, I created Bite Sized Wellness to be the resource I wish I had.  I combine my professional expertise and personal experiences to help support you achieve less stress and more success to healthfully nourish your family and raise healthy thriving children.
