Hi, I'm Cierra Crowley—pediatric nurse practitioner, mom of three, and founder of Bite Sized Wellness.

After over 12 years in pediatric care, I've seen how overwhelming parenting can feel—even with years of medical training, motherhood blindsided me too. The sleepless nights, the endless questions, the pressure to get everything right. I realized families needed more than rushed doctor visits and scary Google searches—they needed a trusted guide.

That's why I created Bite Sized Wellness: evidence-based, judgment-free resources that help you navigate feeding, development, safety, and everything in between with clarity and confidence.

Because when parents and caregivers feel equipped and supported, kids thrive—and that's where lifelong wellness begins.
