Meet Cierra! 

Hi, I'm Cierra Crowley — Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, mom of three, and founder of Bite Sized Wellness.

I've spent 12+ years in pediatrics, from the PICU to obesity medicine, and I've seen how much of what kids struggle with could be prevented with earlier support. I've also been the mom panicking over choking and using my ICU training at home when the "what ifs" became reality.

I started Bite Sized Wellness to be your trusted hub for early childhood wellness — bridging the gap between what parents are told in quick clinic visits and what they actually need at home: clear guidance, safe skills, and confidence to navigate your child's health during the most critical developmental window.
